The Club
The NSW Masonic Club was founded in 1893 and is located in the City of Sydney, Australia. It has social club facilities with Boutique hotel accommodation and is comfortably situated in a refined heritage property in the city’s centre.
Visitors are always welcome whether from city or country Australia or Worldwide.
Location
The NSW Masonic Club is perfectly located and is within easy walking distance to train and bus transportation services as well as Sydney’s commercial, retail and entertainment centres.
Membership
Club membership is available at Masonic or Associate levels. Club Members are entitled to 10% off personal food and beverage plus 15% off accommodation. Members also earn reward points on purchases through our Member Benefits Program. Points can be redeemed within the Club.
APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR
New South Wales Masonic Club (“the Company”) announces that BDO Audit Pty Ltd (“BDO Audit”) has been appointed as auditor of the Company. The appointment follows the resignation of BDO East Coast Partnership (“BDO ECP”), and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”).
The change of auditor arose as a result of BDO ECP restructuring its audit practice whereby audits will be conducted by BDO Audit, an authorised audit company, rather than BDO ECP. In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution will be proposed at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of the Company’s auditor.

Under the banner of Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, the NSW Masonic Club owns and operates an elegantly appointed 4 star boutique hotel; Sydney’s finest.
The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel has 83 quality hotel rooms which are tastefully furnished to the highest international standards, incorporating the requirements of both the business and leisure traveller.
Room rates are competitively priced and can be booked online or visitors can contact the Club directly.
Dining
The NSW Masonic Club is renown for having one of Sydney’s last grand dining rooms, Cellos Grand Dining Room, which inspires awe in those who dine there.
Cellos boasts ornate high ceilings and a 1920′s elegance in architecture that is rarely seen today.
Other facilities include fine bars, lounges and function rooms for meetings, conferences and special events.

Whether planning a small informal meeting, cocktail party or sumptuous banquet, The Club has a selection of function options to suit your individual needs.
A variety of function and meeting rooms are available and, numbers permitting, Cellos Restaurant is able to be privately booked.
